Personal data provided through the forms on this website is processed in order to handle your enquiries and requests, prepare quotations, deliver the services you engage us for, and maintain the commercial or contractual relationship established with Dr Locks Ltd.

Where you subscribe to our mailing list, we process your name and email address in order to send you news, offers and information about our locksmith services.

3. Lawful basis

The lawful basis for processing is:

  • Contract: performance of a contract with you, or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (quotations, bookings and the carrying out of locksmith work).

Where a provider is located outside the United Kingdom, any international transfer is carried out on the basis of UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) / UK Addendum, as applicable.
