Mel replaced the locks on two outside doors leading to our garden. One lock was completely broken, and the other was on its last legs. She came when she said she would, did a great job, and left us a lot happier and more secure. We feel the service was good value for money.

Great service. Unlike other many other reviewers, I wasn't so much locked out as locked inside our home when our front door lock wouldn't budge. It was - of all times for this to happen - a Sunday afternoon. Mel answered the phone immediately and arranged for a locksmith colleague to call. He quickly replaced the lock and I was able to retain the same key. It took less than an hour from my first calling her to completion (and escape!). Well done and grateful thanks!
